UPPF is a premium Paint Protection Film brand from the US with 28 years of industry presence. I started as a Performance Marketer and Content Creator, where I was responsible for producing content while managing ad performance for about a year. After demonstrating strong results, I was promoted to Branch Manager for the Bandung area, where I now lead and manage a team of 15 people, overseeing operations and driving rapid sales growth.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Achieved a ROAS of 20 within one month, generating over IDR 600 million from an ad spend of just IDR 30 million on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Produced over 15 Reels for social media, averaging more than 1,000 organic views per post.
The Autohall
Social Media Marketing Officer | May 2023 - December 2023
The Autohall is a dealership specializing in supercars and performance cars located in PIK 2, North of Jakarta. My main responsibility here is to enhance the company's social media performance to strengthen its digital presence and awareness. I work independently, handling tasks from planning and content production to distribution, reporting, and result evaluation. Additionally, I am involved in event planning and documentation, and I am entrusted with managing the company website, the online car selling platform, as well as creating designs for event posters, uniforms, invitations, and specifications for standing acrylic.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Produced over 150 social media content that is consist of photos, videos, and articles.
- Achieved a significant organic follower growth of + 3,000 on Instagram, and + 1,000 on TikTok.
- Successfully created a viral content on TikTok that has been viewed organically for more than 1,300,000 viewers.
Praktis
Performance Marketing Executive | November 2022 - April 2023
Praktis is a supply chain solution with services including fulfillment, warehousing, and sourcing. Although I am an employee of Praktis, I have been given the responsibility to manage digital advertising activities for their clients or partners. I am tasked with overseeing the digital ads management activities of 10 brands spanning the fashion, beauty, and B2B industries. This involves maintaining Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads campaigns to achieve a minimum ROAS target of 10x.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Successfully achieved a ROAS of 10.6 within a three-week period, generating Rp139,562,071 by only spending Rp13,866,079 on Facebook Ads CPAS Shopee (Fashion Industries).
- Successfully achieved a ROAS of 4.44 within a three-month period, generating Rp45,522,440 by only spending Rp10,254,854 on TikTok Live Ads.
- A/B testing different ad strategies, objectives, audiences, and creatives to develop winning ads
- Providing input to creative team when creating ads content

JadiJago is a digital marketing agency with Sharia-compliant practices. I was responsible for managing digital advertising activities for seven clients in various industries, including F&B, B2B, education, services, agriculture, and tourism. Responsibilities and Achievements:

During my first semester holiday at Prasetiya Mulya University, I had the opportunity to intern at GO-JEK. This marked my first experience in a professional working environment. Although it was only a month-long internship, I had the privilege of meeting many great people and learning valuable skills from them.
